Shipping Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping and delivery procedures. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order to ensure a smooth and timely delivery.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within two business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipment Methods
We will arrange for shipment of the products to you via either USPS or UPS. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Estimates
All products except for CNC mills will ship within 5-7 business days. The CNC mill is reserved via deposit; purchase of the CNC mill is completed via a final balance payment request sent sometime after the deposit has been submitted. The mill will ship after the final balance has been paid. Estimated delivery times for the CNC mill will vary but are always posted on the deposit and final balance purchase product pages.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to track your package’s progress. The tracking information may take up to one business day to appear on the carrier’s website.

Lost or Damaged Items
If you received a damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@coastrunner.net.com. Please provide a description of the damage along with photographs of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
